CNC Service

We are pleased to announce the introduction of not just one but two, CNC Machines, and now have the technology to vastly improve the speed and accuracy of our set construction. The advantages to you are not just speed and accuracy, but it is a proven cost effective way of producing scenic items such as parquet floors, spiral staircases, rostrums, fretwork etc, etc. This list is not exhaustive and we welcome any design ideas that would not otherwise be possible using traditional construction techniques.

One machine has a max sheet size of 2500mm x 1300mm and the other can accommodate sheet sizes of 3100mm x 1550mm, and between the two we are able to offer a highly efficient and competitive service. Both machines are capable of routing most sheet materials up to 50mm thick, be it plywood, MDF, plastics, veneered boards, or aluminium. For our clients that are not in the entertainments industry, we now have the capacity to offer a wide and diverse range of additional CNC services that complement our existing woodwork and metalwork facilities.

We accept almost any Computer aided drawing file for producing your designs or product .Or our design team can use a wide range of CAD programs to quickly and efficiently make any thumbnail sketch into a workable accurate drawing to be routed. Industries that benefit from CNC Routing are...
